In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting clients in making informed investment decisions and maximizing their returns in UK New Home developments. Responsibilities A bit more about the role. Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients interested in property investment opportunities. Qualify and register prospective clients over the phone Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups. Provide Financial & Property advice and guidance to clients on property investment strategies Closing Sales (over the phone) Requirements Previous experience in property sales, real estate, or a related field is highly desirable. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A proven track record of closing over the phone Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
