We are seeking Chartered MRICS Building Surveyors with a passion and expertise in dilapidations. This is a unique opportunity to have a 60% return on your fees after admin costs and work in a fully hybrid environment with a competitive basic salary.  You will be a Chartered MRICS Building Surveyor and passionate about dilapidations and experience in the following: Extensive experience in commercial dilapidations law, case law, and building construction.
