National Account Manager – Sainsbury’s & Waitrose Hybrid – 2 days per week in Henley-on-Thames Up to £60,000 + 12% bonus + benefits We’re partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-driven food brand that’s well known for its playful tone, strong values, and certified B-Corp status. As part of their continued UK retail growth, we’re looking for a National Account Manager to take ownership of two of their most strategically important customers – Sainsbury’s and Waitrose – with responsibility for a £12m P&L. Own the day-to-day management of Sainsbury’s and Waitrose Lead joint business planning, promotional strategy, forecasting, and performance tracking Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, brand, insights, and NPD teams Previous experience managing Top 4 Grocery accounts (Sainsbury’s and/or Waitrose ideal) Full P&L ownership and confident managing JBPs and promotional planning Experience working in a challenger brand or fast-paced SME environment preferred Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with forecasts, data, and performance KPIs Find out more about our available opportunities or how we can help you further your career – contact us today.
