Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure projects across the UK.

Key Details: Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Sector: Electric vehicle infrastructure (charging networks, grid connections, civil works) Location: UK
- flexible with some on-site travel required Role Overview: In this role, you will manage the commercial aspects of EV projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities include: Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and forecasts Managing contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants Leading commercial reporting, risk assessments, and value engineering Managing variations, claims, and change orders Advising project teams and senior stakeholders on commercial strategy Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on infrastructure, energy, or EV-related projects Strong knowledge of commercial management, contracts, and NEC/JCT procedures Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills Comfortable working across multiple sites and project teams Enthusiasm for sustainable energy and EV infrastructure Why Apply?
