About the Role

As Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the safe delivery of a major earthmoving project as part of our site team. Your focus will be on maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a positive safety culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Provide HSE support and guidance to the site team.

Carry out regular site tours and inspections.

Investigate incidents and report findings.

Build strong, positive relationships with the workforce.

Work collaboratively with the client's SHE team.

Deliver HSE training and site inductions.

Maintain accurate HSE documentation and plans.

Produce monthly HSE reports.

Keep up to date with relevant legislation and best practice.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• 
  
• Health & Safety experience in construction.

NEBOSH General Certificate (or higher).

Knowledge of CDM regulations and current H&S legislation.

Site-based experience in construction/civil engineering.

Strong communication skills.

Desirable:

• 
  
• Familiarity with ISO standards.

Auditing and inspection skills.

Experience in incident investigation.
