- Compliance: Ensuring all work meets 18th Edition (BS 7671) standards and health and safety regulations.
What's in it for you?
We pride ourselves on being one of the best employers in the region. Our benefits go far beyond the base salary:
- Generous Annual Leave: Enjoy a significantly higher holiday allowance than the private sector, plus additional university closure days and bank holidays.
- Elite Pension Scheme: Access to a highly competitive, employer-contributed pension plan.
- Work-Life Balance: Standard Monday-Friday hours with clear boundaries.
- Call-Out & Overtime: Enhance your earnings with a fair on-call rota and optional overtime opportunities.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a diverse environment, from historic buildings to state-of-the-art research facilities.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and students.
