Systems Support Analyst

Monthly Rolling Contract (Outside IR35) - Up to £225 per day | Flexible Hybrid, Remote with occasional travel

We’re currently supporting a client to find a contract Systems Support Analyst to join their growing team on a monthly rolling basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across a dynamic technical environment, supporting day-to-day system operations while playing a key part in system integrations, updates, and ongoing improvements. You’ll be involved in managing the full software lifecycle, ensuring systems remain efficient, secure, and aligned with business needs. Core Responsibilities:

• Help manage software lifecycle 
• Technical support - incident and problem resolution on core systems
• Systems Integrations 
• Managing Systems Upgrades 
• Continual Professional Development
• Follow processes

Knowledge:

• Good understanding of modern development technologies and 3rd party IT systems
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure 
• More detailed technical knowledge in several of the areas identified: API, Web Services and other integration methodologies, Microsoft Programming Tools – particularly Visual Studio, Programming Languages including C#, ASP.Net, Project process o Development life cycle, Release and QA processes, Coding standards and methods, SQL, HTML and related tools, Process analysis, GIS standards

Qualifications:

• ITIL 
• Prince2 
• Technical degree (ideally) or equivalent experience
