Wehaveaflexibleworkingpolicywithmoststaffexpectedtoworkfromtheofficeforaminimumof50%ofworkinghours.

TheTUCislookingforanAccountsPayableFinanceSupportOfficertojoinitsbusyfinanceteam.
Inthisrole,youllworkaspartofthewiderfinanceteamtoensurewepayoursuppliersontimeandthatthesepaymentsareaccuratelyreconciled.TherolewillinvolvedailyuseofourfinancesoftwarepackagesBusinessCentralandContiniatomaintainthepurchaseledger,andyoullbethefirstpointofcontactwithfinancetoensurewearedeliveringagreatservicefortheTUC.
YoullbebasedintheTUCsfinanceteamandprimarilyworkingcloselywithcolleaguesinaccountspayable.Youllalsoworkwiththemanagementaccountsteamtoensureourpaymentsarecodedtothecorrectbudgets.

Youllhaveexcellentcommunicationskillsandbecomfortableresolvingqueriesforcolleaguesandsuppliersalike.
