Overview
TSR Legal are pleased to be representing a highly regarded, progressive legal practice who have recently launched a new office in Swansea and is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an exciting stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping a newly established location within a well-supported and reputable wider organisation.
The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid working model, combining office presence in Swansea with remote flexibility, offering both autonomy and collaboration within a supportive conveyancing team structure.
The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will be trusted to deliver a high standard of client service while maintaining efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
Handling files from instruction to post-completion
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
Conducting title checks and reviewing search results
Drafting and approving legal documentation
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards
Providing clear, timely communication to clients throughout the process
Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple locations
About You
We are looking for a confident and motivated conveyancer who can operate independently while contributing positively to a growing team.
Essential requirements:
Experience handling residential conveyancing matters end-to-end
Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently
Strong technical knowledge of property law and procedures
Excellent communication and client care skills
High attention to detail and organisational ability
Desirable:
Experience within a volume or fast-paced conveyancing environment
Familiarity with case management systems
Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (or equivalent experience)
