Mental Health Support Workers – Oxfordshire Location: Oxfordshire Pay: £14.35–£16.88 per hour Company: Health Now Complex Care We’re looking for caring, reliable and experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join Health Now Complex Care and support individuals with complex mental health needs across Oxfordshire. What experience are we looking for? * Complex PTSD * ASD * Challenging behaviours * Complex mental health needs Experience within healthcare, social care or complex care would be beneficial. What we’re looking for * Caring, patient and understanding * Confident supporting individuals with complex needs * Calm when dealing with challenging situations * Reliable and professional * Comfortable working as part of a team * Passionate about providing good-quality, person-centred support A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the locations of some placements. A valid DBS and relevant training would be advantageous. If you don’t currently have a DBS, please still get in touch to discuss the opportunities available. What you’ll be doing You’ll provide day-to-day support, helping individuals with their routines, activities and independence while providing reassurance and emotional support. You’ll also follow individual care plans, support positive behaviour and work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the people we support receive consistent, high-quality care.
