What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients and supporting their long-term growth
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely support client needs
- Tracking account performance, pipeline and renewal opportunities
- Ensuring clients receive exceptional service and prompt support

- Curious, proactive and eager to expand your product knowledge
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple accounts at once
