If you have hit a ceiling at your current firm where seniority means more responsibility but not more autonomy, this role is designed to give you both. You will lead your own projects from design through to delivery, work directly with site teams and clients, and take a mentoring role with less experienced engineers.

There is a genuine route towards principal level for engineers who want to keep progressing, with exposure to the delivery side of projects that few purely design focused roles can offer.

Salary is between 56,000 and 74,000, depending on experience.
