What Youll Be Doing

• Meeting customers in their homes to understand their requirements
• Creating kitchen designs that combine style, functionality, and budget
• Advising on layouts, products, and solutions
• Managing the design and sales process from initial consultation to completion
• Building strong relationships with trade customers
• Confidently negotiating and closing sales

What Were Looking For

• Experience in sales (essential)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Target-driven with a results-focused approach
• Good eye for design and practical layouts
• Well organised with good time management
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• CAD/design experience (preferred but not essential)
