The role will offer exposure to a variety of commercial and education projects, combining both professional and project-based surveying work. With a strong focus on development and progression, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Building Surveyor to continue progressing towards chartership in a supportive and engaging environment.
Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits:
* Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Building Surveyor Job Overview:
As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering professional and project-led building surveying services. You will be involved in technical inspections, contract administration, refurbishment schemes, and condition reporting across a range of sectors including education, commercial, and residential. xwzovoh
Building Surveyor Job Requirements:
* RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar
* 2-5 years' experience in a consultancy environment
* Progressing towards MRICS (APC support available)
* Experience with professional and project-based surveying work
* Strong technical report writing and communication skills
* Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to trave
