Location: Milton Keynes (site-based)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30 (flexibility required)
Salary: £30,000–£36,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We are recruiting for a Technical Account Coordinator to join a Quality Assurance team within a well-established food manufacturing business. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
You will play a key role in ensuring manufacturing processes remain aligned with customer requirements, while supporting strong relationships between technical, production, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders
* Manage and resolve customer technical queries and issues professionally
* Provide technical support to internal sales teams
* Work closely with production teams across multiple sites to ensure compliance with customer standards
* Support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
* Create and maintain product specifications, including artwork validation
* Monitor and analyse customer KPIs, identifying trends and implementing improvements
* Coordinate customer complaints, including root cause analysis and responses
* Support customer audits, accreditations, and site visits
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety, regulatory, and compliance standards
* Continuously develop technical and operational knowledge
About You
* Experience in a technical role within food manufacturing
* Food Science degree or equivalent
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
* Highly organised, methodical, and proactive
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
* Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Good IT skills, including MS Office
* Willingness to travel occasionally to other sites
Desirable:
* Intermediate French language skills
