About the role

Ferrero is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to shape demand forecast across the UK & Ireland, ensuring product availability and optimal freshness. You will analyse sales trends, promotions and market intelligence to build short, medium and long-term forecasts that support S&OP.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Development to reflect new launches and promotional activity in the demand plan, using SAP APO, Demantra and Excel to deliver actionable insights.
