The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Electrical Design Engineer to join a growing MEP team and kickstart their career within a highly respected consultancy.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across live projects, working alongside experienced engineers and contributing to the design and delivery of high-quality electrical building services systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the design of electrical building services systems (lighting, power, small power, fire alarms, etc.)
* Produce electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and/or Revit
* Support senior engineers with calculations, reports, and technical documentation
* Attend project meetings and liaise with multidisciplinary teams
* Ensure designs comply with current UK standards and regulations
* Contribute to innovative and sustainable design solutions
About You
* Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
* Strong interest in building services design
* Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail
