Nursery Manager (Term Time Only) Hours: 07:30am 15:30pm Salary: £30,000 £35,000 (dependent on experience) About the Setting We are a unique and nurturing early years setting offering holistic childcare for children aged 18 months to 5 years.

The Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the setting.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is committed to delivering high-quality early years education while fostering a positive, supportive environment for both children and staff.
We also welcome applications from experienced Deputy Managers who are ready to take the next step into a Nursery Manager position, with the support and development needed to succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and well-organised environment Ensure full compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements Lead, motivate, and support a team of practitioners Oversee the planning and delivery of a high-quality, child-led curriculum Maintain excellent standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and wellbeing Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals Support staff development through mentoring, supervision, and training Manage administrative duties, including record keeping and operational processes What Were Looking For Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable) xwzovoh Experience in a management or senior leadership role within a nursery (Deputy Manager experience considered) Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks A passion for outdoor learning and holistic child development Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills A proactive, nurturing, and professional approach What We Offer Term-time only working hours for a strong work-life balance A supportive and values-driven working environment Opportunities for professional development and career progression The chance to step into a leadership role within a unique, child-focused setting
