Job Title: HLTA / Higher Level Teaching Assistant – SEMH Location: Bristol / South Gloucestershire Start Date: ASAP Do you have experience supporting children with SEMH and additional needs? Are you confident leading learning and interventions in the classroom? Do you have the resilience and adaptability to support pupils with complex behaviours? As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted interventions, and support pupils to regulate their behaviour and emotions. You will play a key role in promoting positive engagement, independence, and confidence across a range of abilities. This is a rewarding but challenging role, requiring patience, consistency, and a calm approach. You will be supported by a collaborative and experienced team, with access to strong resources and ongoing professional development.
