Currently in a period of expansion across the business, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HGV Equipment Delivery Driver based at our Trafford Park Depot and will be needed to be covering and delivering equipment for all our other depots.

To be successful in this position we seek experienced drivers who have the ability to carry out the following key responsibilities; Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks ensuring any defects found are reported to the Fleet Manager Keep an accurate record of deliveries and collections using delivery documentation Ensure that any equipment on the vehicle is secured and protected where necessary Collect any money due on the delivery / collection as instructed Maintain product knowledge in order to demonstrate to customers where necessary Demonstrate a high level of customer services and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.

Covering other HGV driver at other depots at times in absence or holidays.

This is a manual position, so ideally we seek applicants who are physically fit as you will be responsible for managing your own jobs as well as loading goods on and off your vehicle. xwzovoh

An understanding of safe loading and towing processes would be highly beneficial.

It is also essential that you are a qualified driver and that you have the correct industry specific licensing, so you must have all (or some) of the following: UK Manual Driving License Class 2 licence with experience in driving Class 2 vehicles Valid CPC card DIGI Card This is a full-time position working hours are: Monday to Friday Benefits what we offer you Salary: £16.25 per hour 25 Days plus statutory holidays (33 days in total) An extra 2 days holiday after 5 years service Weekly pay FREE tool hire for all employees
