About Energy Exchange


Energy Exchange is building a next-generation recruitment and talent intelligence platform focused on the global energy sector.


We connect talent, recruiters, contractors, and employers across renewables, power, infrastructure, utilities, and engineering through a modern AI-enabled ecosystem — not a traditional recruitment agency model.


We are now expanding the UK division and are looking for a founding Recruitment Partner to help build and scale the UK recruitment arm under the Energy Exchange brand.



The Opportunity


This is not a salaried recruitment role.


This is a revenue-share partnership opportunity for someone who wants to help build a modern recruitment business with long-term upside.


You will play a key role in growing Energy Exchange across the UK market, developing client relationships, driving placements, and helping shape the future direction of the platform.



What You Will Be Responsible For


* Building and scaling the UK recruitment division

* Winning new business across the energy and infrastructure sectors

* Managing client and candidate relationships

* Converting platform activity into placement revenue

* Developing strategic partnerships within the industry

* Identifying growth opportunities across renewables, utilities, power, engineering, and infrastructure

* Helping evolve the platform through market feedback and industry insight

* Has experience in recruitment within energy, engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or related sectors

* Understands how to generate business and build relationships

* Can operate independently and commercially

* Has an entrepreneurial mindset

* Wants ownership and upside rather than a traditional salary structure

* Sees the bigger opportunity in helping build a scalable recruitment platform
