Luton Van Driver

Driver (Luton Van) – Full Time Location: (site location required – not accessible via public transport) Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday (typically 7:00am–4:00pm, with regular 6:00am starts to avoid Central London traffic) We are looking for a reliable Driver with strong experience operating Luton vans and confidently navigating Central London routes. This is a full-time position supporting deliveries and site logistics within a busy operational environment. Key Requirements * Proven experience driving Luton vans * Strong knowledge of Central London driving routes and conditions * Full UK driving licence * Must have own transport to commute to site (location not accessible via public transport) * Willingness to start early (often from 6:00am) and work overtime where required Package & Benefits * 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing annually to 25 days after 5 years) * Annual Christmas shutdown (4–5 days holiday allocation required) * Overtime paid at time and a half * Private pension after 6 months * Private healthcare (up to age 60) after 12 months * Monthly pay cycle * 3-month probation period * Trial day required as part of interview process
