The Role
* Manage and maintain the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)
* Carry out audits and support compliance across projects
* Monitor and report on environmental performance
* Provide practical advice to site and operational teams
* Deliver training and promote a positive environmental culture
* Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement
About You
* 3–5 years’ experience in environmental/sustainability roles
* Strong EMS and compliance knowledge
* Confident communicator with stakeholder experience
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Full UK driving licence & flexible to travel
Desirable
* Environmental degree or equivalent
* Lead Auditor qualification
* Construction, utilities, or infrastructure experience
* IEMA membership
