We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Systems Specialist to join an employer of choice in Hereford.
You will be responsible for collecting and analysing data to identify trends and provide management with accessible information that they can use to improve/ streamline operational and businesses practices.
As Manufacturing Systems Specialist you will: Identify, gather, analyse data and make their insights accessible to the company through easy-to-use and understand graphs, charts, tables and reports.
Use data mining techniques to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns.
Perform statistical analysis of data.
Produce and distribute routine Power BI internal management reports, e.g., TOC lines, Daily Flex, Sales, Arrears and Backlog reports, CJV report, Spend reports.
Create, maintain and upkeep various Power BI models and paginated reports to satisfy business requirements.
Create/maintain the quarterly TOC ( Theory of Constraints ) plan.
Manage TOC master data.
Translate sales forecasts into detailed factory work content in regard to ESH and throughput.
Liaise with Commercial, Operations and Finance teams to ensure that forecast inputs into Power BI in respect of sales and daily flex, are current and complete.
Ensure the integrity and reliability of data by identifying and resolving data quality issues and set up systems to maintain high data quality over time.
You will need a detailed working knowledge of Power BI, strong Excel knowledge and a working knowledge of SAP along with demonstratable experience in statistical analysis for this role.
