About the Role

As an IT Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of IT operational services from suppliers. You’ll play a key role in maintaining service quality, resolving incidents, and ensuring vendors meet contractual commitments.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Strong background in supplier/vendor management
• Experience in DevOps environments
• Ability to handle major incidents and escalations
• Familiarity with HP Service Manager (HPSM) is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier-delivered IT services and ensure SLA performance
• Lead service escalations and drive issue resolution
• Ensure operational stability and continuous service improvement
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and risk teams
• Support release management activities when required

Flexibility

While London-based candidates are preferred, we may consider candidates from Leeds, Edinburgh, or Aberdeen depending on experience.
