Plumber

Experienced Plumber required on void social housing maintenance works in Swindon for a very busy, reliable and well liked maintenance contractor. This is a Temp to Perm role so you will be required to complete a 12 week temporary assignment before being moved into the permanent post.  The rate will be a per hour match to the salary. 40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm Plumber Day to Day: Work in void social housing properties  You need to be confident and competent in all aspects of plumbing maintenance Installing bathrooms, sinks, baths, WHB.  Working alongside other trades to get properties ready for the next tenant Travelling to various jobs in the company van Reporting to the supervisor on progress  Plumber Requirements: Good plumbing experience Good attitude Honest and reliable Access to own Van DBS will be carried out Asbestos awareness / Working at heights   This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy contractor with permanent work for a skilled Plumber.  Please apply or call Chelsie on (phone number removed) / (url removed) Build Recruitment: We'll take the time to understand your career history and motivations for a new role.
