- 40 Vehicle Benefits Are you a ProQual Level 3 qualified Utility Surveyor looking to step into a Senior role with a Tier 1 Consultancy? We are seeking a precision-driven Professional to join a leading specialist in the Surveying sector.
If you possess a "Right First Time" mentality and a desire to influence company-wide standards, this is your opportunity to lead high-profile utility mapping projects across the UK.
The Opportunity Operating from key hubs in East Midlands or Hertfordshire , you will spearhead large-scale utility PAS128 compliant surveys.
This is not just a field-based role; you will be instrumental in the full project lifecyclefrom assisting with job quotes to processing complex data through LSS, Bricscad, and N4ce .
As a Senior member of the team, you will mentor junior surveyors, uphold stringent Health & Safety standards, and participate in strategic management meetings to drive operational excellence.
Key Working Parameters: National Coverage: Flexibility for UK-wide travel.
Flexible Shifts: Requirement for occasional evening, night, and weekend work to meet project demands.
Development: Clear pathway for leadership and technical expansion.
Technical Essentials To be successful in this high-compliance environment, candidates must demonstrate: Qualifications: ProQual Level 3 in Utility Mapping and Surveying (Mandatory).
Safety & Compliance: CS1 (Medium Risk) Confined Space and a valid CSCS card.
Technical Toolkit: Expert proficiency in EML, GPR , GPS , and Total Station (Leica/Trimble).
Software Mastery: Proven experience processing data through Bricscad, LSS, or N4ce .
Leadership: Experience training assistants and conducting site audits for quality and compliance.
The Package Competitive base salary (negotiable based on Senior-level experience).
