Business Development Executive

Business Development & Account Executive £30-32k + £6k car allowance + bonus | Full-time | Permanent Love being out on the road, meeting new people and turning conversations into sales? This role gives you the freedom to build your territory, win new business and grow strong customer relationships. An established, successful business are looking for a driven Business Development & Account Executive to join their team. You’ll focus on new business generation while managing and developing an existing customer portfolio. What You’ll Do Win new business through prospecting, site visits and face‑to‑face meetings Call into potential customers and build your own pipeline Manage and grow an existing customer base Identify any sales opportunities and drive account development Hit agreed sales targets and KPIs Deliver excellent customer service and follow‑up Keep accurate records and track performance Stay up to date with products and industry trends What We’re Looking For Someone who enjoys being out on the road and meeting customers Confident, proactive and commercially aware Strong communicator with great follow‑up skills Organised, reliable and able to work independently A genuine new‑business hunter who also values account management Experience selling to contract caterers, hotels or restaurants is a bonus What’s On Offer £32,000+ basic salary (DOE) £6,000 car allowance Bonus scheme 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays Pension Employee discount Discounted/free food Free parking Canteen Company events Additional leave If you’re a motivated sales professional who loves being out meeting customers and driving new business, we’d love to hear from you
