This is a truly business-facing HR opportunity. As HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with operational and senior leaders to drive people strategy and align HR priorities with wider commercial goals.

Partner with operational leaders to deliver a proactive, strategic HR service.
Lead and implement HR initiatives that drive engagement, capability, and business performance.
Translate business needs into practical HR strategies and solutions.
Contribute to the wider strategic direction of the business through data-driven insights and sound HR judgement.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to link people initiatives to business outcomes.
Ideally experience within the food, FMCG, or fresh produce sectors.
