We’re looking for a Registered Manager to lead a small, nurturing 2-bed children’s home in South Yorkshire , supporting young people to build brighter futures.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a dedicated care team to deliver exceptional support.
• Ensure the home meets Ofsted standards and exceeds expectations.
• Manage daily operations, budgets, and staff rotas.
• Build strong partnerships with local authorities and professionals.
• Champion best practice and continuous improvement.

About You

• Experience managing or supervising in a children’s residential setting.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it).
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Emotionally resilient, organised, and motivated.
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport.

What You’ll Get
