Depot Manager

Depot Manager Location: Leeds Job Type: Permanent What you'll be doing Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the depot. Managing and supporting a team of drivers and operational staff. Coordinating workloads, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient service delivery. Maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive working environment. Building strong relationships with customers and resolving any issues that arise. Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Managing costs and helping the depot achieve its performance targets. Ensuring high standards of service, teamwork, and communication across the site.What we're looking for Previous experience in a Depot Manager, Transport Manager, or similar operational leadership role. Strong knowledge of transport legislation, Operator Licence compliance, and driver hours regulations. Proven leadership experience managing drivers and operational teams. Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing budgets and achieving operational KPIs.
