QUANTITY SURVEYOR | GRAVESEND | REFURB/ FIT OUT We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing refurbishment and fit-out contractor based in Gravesend. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Quantify Surveyor looking to develop their career within a busy commercial team. The successful Quantify Surveyor will be responsible for managing costs across multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects while reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This role would suit a proactive Quantify Surveyor who enjoys overseeing projects at different stages and working in a fast-paced environment. The Role * Managing multiple refurbishment/fit-out projects valued £100k – £3m * Preparing budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts * Procuring and managing subcontractors * Reporting into the Commercial Director * Office-based in Gravesend with occasional site visits Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ Quantity Surveying experience * Experience with a refurbishment or fit-out contractor preferred * Ability to manage multiple projects * Strong commercial and communication skills A great opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of projects and long-term progression opportunities
