We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Academic Researcher to conduct high-quality research and contribute to scholarly outputs. This role involves designing research studies, analyzing data, and publishing findings in reputable journals. Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct research projects in alignment with academic or organizational goals
• Perform literature reviews and identify research gaps
• Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and/or quantitative data
• Prepare research papers, reports, and publications for peer-reviewed journals
• Present research findings at conferences, seminars, and academic forums
• Collaborate with academic staff, research teams, and external stakeholders
• Apply for research grants and funding opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to research ethics and standards

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant academic discipline
• Experience in academic or applied research (typically 1–3+ years or during postgraduate studies)
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies and statistical analysis
• Experience with research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or similar)
• Excellent writing and communication skills for academic publications
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Publications in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
• Experience with grant writing and research funding applications
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary research environments
• Experience with data visualization and advanced analytics tools
• Teaching or mentoring experience in academic settings
