Liverpool (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)
Basic salary circa £75k
This AI Engineer position sits within a forward-thinking technology team focused on using AI and automation to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience across the organisation.
As an AI Engineer, you'll focus on designing and implementing AI-first workflows, building intelligent agents, and integrating them into core business systems. The work is varied - ranging from generative AI use cases through to workflow automation and system integration - always with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
You'll operate as an AI Engineer who can take ideas from concept through to production, working across stakeholders, data, and systems to deliver solutions that are both technically sound and commercially valuable.
AI Engineer - Key Requirements:
Experience developing and deploying AI-powered workflows or intelligent automation
Hands-on exposure to tools such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms
Understanding of generative AI approaches, including prompt engineering and RAG
Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs and connectors
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Awareness of governance, security, and data protection considerations
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity
Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
