Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Ready to make a real difference in the lives of young learners?
We are currently recruiting Primary SEN Teachers to work in a range of supportive and well-resourced SEN schools across Halifax . Opportunities are available for immediate starts , as well as June and September placements .
The Role:
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a variety of SEN needs
Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles and needs
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Proven experience working with children with SEN (e.g. ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD)
Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, nurturing approach
A genuine commitment to supporting children with additional needs
