Main Contractor - Fit Out - Estimator Fetch Recruitment is partnering with a leading construction firm to find a talented and experienced Estimator. About the Company Our client is a well-established construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects throughout the UK and parts of Europe. They specialise in a wide range of building services, including commercial, retail and leisure. About the Role The successful candidate will join a growing team and play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include: * Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects * Reviewing tender documents and specifications * Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers * Analysing tender returns and proposing cost-saving measures * Providing commercial advice to the project team Qualifications and Experience: * Degree in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or a related field (Desirable) * Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry * Strong understanding of construction costs and estimating techniques * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in relevant software, such as Excel, estimating software, and construction management software About the Role Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including: * Pension scheme * Healthcare plan * Opportunities for professional development * A friendly and supportive working environment
