Site Manager

Site Manager – Student Accommodation Central Portsmouth, Hampshire Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a student accommodation project in Central Portsmouth, Hampshire. The project comprises a student accommodation building across 5 floors, with the successful Site Manager responsible for overseeing the internal works and ensuring the project runs efficiently to finish/handover. We are looking for a strong and experienced Site Manager who is confident managing multiple trades and can take control of the internal side of the project. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate all internal trades on site * Ensure trades are working together effectively and to programme * Drive productivity and maintain high standards of workmanship * Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep the building progressing correctly * Manage subcontractors and ensure they are working safely and efficiently * Maintain strong communication between trades, management and other site personnel * Take ownership of the internal works and ensure the project is delivered to a high standard Requirements * Previous Site Management experience is essential * Experience working on student accommodation, residential or similar projects would be highly advantageous * SMSTS * First Aid * CSCS * Strong leadership and communication skills * Confident personality with the ability to pull trades into line when required * Ability to coordinate multiple trades and ensure everyone is working together If you are an experienced Site Manager who can take control of the internal works and drive the trades to deliver the project correctly, please get in touch with Synergy Personnel Ltd for further information
