The Role As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care. Key responsibilities include: Leading the service to achieve and maintain high regulatory standards Building, developing, and motivating a dedicated care team Establishing a positive, values-led culture within the home Overseeing care planning, risk management, and quality assurance processes Managing staffing, rotas, recruitment, and performance Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements Driving continuous improvement and preparing for inspections Developing strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals About the Candidate The ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing care services and achieving positive inspection outcomes.
