The successful candidate will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, stock purchasing and operational procurement activities across a dynamic and fast-moving supply chain. This position requires someone commercially aware, highly organised and adaptable - comfortable balancing both reactive Just-In-Time purchasing alongside more strategic, trend-led buying based on market demand and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Managing purchasing activity and raising purchase orders * Obtaining supplier quotations and negotiating pricing * Monitoring supplier performance and spend * Supporting stock control and inventory management * Managing supplier returns and stock discrepancies * Assisting with reporting, invoice queries and procurement administration * Working closely with internal departments to maintain operational efficiency What We’re Looking For: * Previous buying, procurement or stock control experience * Strong organisational and multitasking skills * Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment * Commercial awareness and strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Proactive, team-oriented approach * Confident working across multiple priorities simultaneously * Experience within regulated industries would be advantageous, but not essential.
