Requirements of the Senior Care Assistant Role: * Excellent communication and written skills * Previous experience as a senior care assistant, ideally in a care home setting * NVQ3 or higher in Health & Social Care * Medication Trained Senior Care Assistant Responsibilities: As a Senior Care Assistant, you will take a key role in supporting residents, mentoring staff, and ensuring high standards of care and documentation are maintained at all times.
