What You'll Be Doing
Lead and inspire our small culinary team
Design and deliver
seasonal menus
for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon teas, plus early-evening service in summer
Evening events - create exciting menu's for evening events, BBQ,Hog Roast, outdoor Pizza Oven.
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Ensure smooth kitchen operations with a focus on safety, hygiene, and sustainability
Collaborate closely with clubhouse teams to elevate the overall member experience
What We're Looking For
A confident, talented cook with a natural passion for fresh food
Calm under pressure, with strong leadership and decision-making xwzovoh skills
Solid understanding of budgeting, stock control, and waste management
Fully certified in food hygiene and dedicated to maintaining high standards
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
A driver (due to our beautifully remote countryside location)
Right to live and work in the UK
