£35,000 salary (flexible)

The Role

Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading and developing a team

Overseeing debt collection and escalations

Managing credit limits and customer queries

Driving performance, delegation and outstanding debt recovery

The Person

The successful Credit Control Team Lead will meet the following criteria:

Strong Credit Control experience

Previous team leadership experience desirable

Open to experienced Credit Controllers ready to step up

Confident managing and developing an experienced team
