Freelance Project Manager – £15m School Refurbishment Location: Chelmsford, Essex Contract: Freelance / Contract Project Value: Circa £15m Client: Tier 1 Main Contractor We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to deliver a £15m live school refurbishment project in Chelmsford, working for a well‑established Tier 1 main contractor. This is a high‑profile education project involving complex refurbishment works, demanding strong stakeholder management, programme control, and a proactive approach to on‑site delivery within a live environment.
