About the Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to join a leading, award winning corporate organisation.
This is not a traditional 1:1 support role. Our client operates a sophisticated, agile support model where the Executive Support team manages incoming requests and tasks directly from various senior leadership and UK Executive Team members. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility position perfect for an Executive Assistant who thrives on variety, collaboration, and working within a modern, forward-thinking corporate environment.
If you want to step away from traditional support structures and work as part of a highly dynamic, collaborative team, this role offers a fantastic platform to showcase your skills and gain valuable exposure to high-level corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Agile Executive Support: Respond to and manage incoming administrative requests from multiple senior executives, ensuring high-priority tasks are addressed efficiently.
* Strategic Diary Management: Proactively manage complex calendars, making strategic decisions on meeting precedence and liaising closely with other Executive Support team members.
* High-Level Documentation: Construct and produce detailed meeting agendas, briefing papers, and professional PowerPoint presentations for key strategy meetings.
* Communication Management: Screen and manage verbal and written communications for executive members, acting as a professional and effective gatekeeper.
* Logistics & Events: Coordinate complex travel, accommodation, and venue bookings, while providing coordination support for corporate roadshows and engagement events.
* Operational Administration: Support budget tracking, process executive expense claims, and manage the administrative onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated professional who remains calm under pressure and uses their initiative to solve problems before they escalate. To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven Experience: Significant experience working at Senior Management or Personal Assistant level, ideally within a rapidly changing, fast-paced corporate environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Experience using modern AI tools (such as Copilot) to drive daily administrative efficiencies is highly desirable.
* Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your tone for various senior and executive audiences.
* Organisational Mastery: Outstanding ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities and manage the expectations of senior stakeholders.
* Absolute Discretion: A proven track record of handling highly business-sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
Salary, Benefits & Culture
This organisation has been officially recognised as a leading UK employer, offering an inclusive, collaborative, and highly supportive environment where your development and support skills are fully valued. Alongside a highly competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive and flexible rewards package:
* Flexible & Hybrid Working: Modern hybrid working options designed to support work-life balance, with flexibility around working hours and genuine part-time or job-share arrangements available.
