Retail Key Account Manager- Health, Beauty & Wellness Retail

You will take ownership of key international retail accounts, driving growth, improving in-store execution, and identifying opportunities for expansion across markets. Alongside the international focus, you will also support selected UK retail accounts from more of a business development perspective, giving you a broad and commercially exciting retail remit.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for buyers and category teams, working closely with internal functions to deliver joint business plans, promotional activity, and strong retail performance across all markets.
Key Responsibilities
International Retail Account Management (Primary Focus)
- Manage and grow relationships with international retail buyers and category teams
- Deliver joint business plans, promotions and new product launches into retail
- Monitor sales performance, rate of sale and stock levels across markets
- Identify opportunities for new listings and increased distribution
- Ensure consistent brand execution across retail environments
UK Retail Account Support (Secondary Focus)
- Support key UK retail accounts across pharmacy and grocery
- Assist with JBPs, promotions, launches and performance reviews
- Work closely with buyers to maximise commercial opportunities
Sales & Commercial Strategy
- Analyse sales data, shopper trends and competitor activity to inform decisions
- Drive revenue growth across both international and UK retail accounts
- Support retail expansion plans into new markets
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain and finance to support retail success
- Provide accurate forecasting and xwzovoh demand planning across markets
- Share retail and shopper feedback with product and brand teams
What They’re Looking For
- Experience managing retail accounts within Europe or UK
- Experience growing accounts strategically
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyse sales data and turn insights into action
- Experience delivering JBPs, promotions and retail launches
Desirable
- Experience within natural, organic, beauty or wellness categories
- Understanding of EPOS data, retail KPIs and category management principles
