The company has ambitious plans to significantly increase its turnover over the next five years, making this an exciting time to join the business.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting this growth, with genuine opportunities to develop and progress within the organisation.The RoleAs Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service and maintenance operation across London and the M25, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, service delivery and engineer productivity.You will manage a team of mobile HVAC engineers, ensuring contracts are delivered efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee day-to-day service and maintenance operations across London and the M25Lead, support and develop a team of mobile HVAC engineersEnsure high standards of service delivery, productivity and customer satisfactionMaintain and develop strong client relationshipsOversee service and maintenance contracts, including commercial negotiationsMonitor performance and ensure contractual targets and KPIs are achievedSupport the continued growth and development of the service divisionAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:A strong technical background within HVAC, air conditioning or refrigerationExperience managing engineers or technical teamsStrong client-facing and customer service skillsExcellent leadership and communication abilitiesExperience managing service and maintenance contractsThe ability to manage a busy operation while maintaining high service standardsWhat's on OfferIn return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 55,000–65,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package and, importantly, the opportunity to join a business that is entering an exciting period of growth.This is a genuine opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the continued success and expansion of the business.To apply, please send your CV to Liam at
