Data centre migration, application migration, operational readiness, transformation and transition to new data centres.Technical Architecture, solution design, Service characteristics: Provision of architecture services Architect and solution design for large programmes of IT change. Technical oversight and guidance for configuration of systems and services in new data centres Solution Definition Discovery of services current deployment Document service deployment details for target data centres Hybrid Agile / Waterfall experience Provide co-ordination on technical implementation activities Qualification of technical risks, issues, dependencies and co-ordinate resolution or escalation Imparting knowledge DMZ architecture to bring the required capability to support decision making and strategy definition
