Production Operative – Day Shift

Location: Tamworth
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: £12.82 – £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time Temp

We are currently looking for an experienced Production Operative to join our team in Tamworth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out production and assembly duties accurately and efficiently, using a range of hand tools and following instructions and specifications to ensure a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities

* Carrying out production and assembly duties to the required specification

* Using a variety of hand tools safely and effectively

* Reading and following production and assembly instructions

* Checking finished products for quality and accuracy

* Carrying out general production and workshop duties

* Maintaining a clean and organised working area

* Following company health & safety procedures

* Working efficiently to meet production targets

About You

We are looking for someone who:

* Has previous production or assembly experience

* Has proven experience using hand tools

* Is confident working in a hands-on environment

* Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work

* Is reliable, punctual and hardworking

* Can work independently and as part of a team

* Is able to follow instructions and work to deadlines

What We Offer
