Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance to optimise productivity. Providing on-site leadership, guidance and support to the groundworks crew.   What we need from you: SSSTS / SMSTS. CSCS Gold card. Previous experience supervising Groundworks projects. In-depth knowledge of groundwork processes and techniques. Experience of working within energy sector would be an advantage. Strong communicator. Strong team player with the ability to build solid working relationships across the team. Flexibility to travel and stay away from home. UK driving licence
