Where You'll Spend Your Time
* Face-to-face with customers across Glasgow, mostly in their own homes
* Working out what people actually need, not just what they say they want
* Handling questions and concerns calmly, without a script
* Pointing people toward the right product or service when it genuinely fits
* Running your own diary — no one's watching the clock but you
* Keeping clean, accurate notes on every visit
